How do you get that ‘toned look’….?
Well it's not from constant dieting that is for sure.
You need to build muscle to get a 'toned' look. All a toned look really is is when you have built the muscle and then stripped back the fat to reveal the 'toned' look.
Which is why I hate the term, this is a 'toning exercise'.
There are no specific toning exercises.
With clients I will strip back their fat first to get them feeling good about their body.
Eating ice-cream whilst still losing weight…. Hell yes!
I love ice-cream and eat it every day... Yes even if I am in a fat loss phase!
This was one I had in London and it was hella delicious. I even travelled on multiple tubes to find this specific ice-cream place…. You might say my dedication to ice-cream is strong 😂

The night is not just here to sleep. Although I really love sleep because….
Sleep is one of the easiest ways to help you lose body fat.
It regulates your hunger hormones ghrelin (which makes you hungry) and leptin (which tells our bodies how full we are).
Too little sleep and ghrelin goes up and makes you more hungry.

When you realise you're hungry, your first impulse may be to find food. But eating may not be the answer. Thirst, which is triggered by mild dehydration, is often mistaken for hunger by the brain. Drinking a glass of water before reaching for something to eat can help to curb unnecessary snacking.
